You deserve to live a life that is joyful, healthy, abundant, and aligned with purpose, but somewhere along the way you may have lost sight of that life, or lost the hope that it can happen.

Most of our experiences in life have been artfully crafted to teach us valuable lessons, and somehow we signed up for these courses. Yet, in learning these lessons, we have been scarred, traumatized and beaten down and unable or unwilling to let go. It isn’t enough to simply bypass these experiences as “they just had to happen,” this thought process does not allow for true recovery. It is when we fully acknowledge our experiences and understand the subtle connections within them that we get to the root of healing. In addition to this understanding is the most important ingredient in the recipe, the gift of self-compassion. 

I am trained as a crisis and trauma support specialist with much experience in various aspects of trauma. In addition to self-directed compassion,  I use other modalities as well during the session which can include some energy work, guided visualization, breathing, sound healing, expressive art, EFT, CBT and creative suggestions for application into your daily life. This is not traditional talk therapy. There will be some talking, orienting the heart to what is most needed in the moment, as well as making somatic connections with the body. We will work with conscious intentions and thoughts, subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs, past and present traumas or challenges, and many other emotions or blocks that keep you from living your most joyful, fulfilling life. No two sessions are the same and, together, we co-create the healing for your best and highest interest.

What Can These Sessions Help Me With? 

What area of you life would you like to see change? Our sessions can focus on relationships, money, healthy, trauma, grief, addictions, anxiety/stress, and general life decisions.

I work with survivors of sexual abuse/trauma, adverse childhood trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, addictions, long-term medical issues, chronic pain, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, body image or sexuality issues, and helping individuals open up to their Life's purpose and path.  

While my work does not follow any religious beliefs or dogmas, you are welcome to bring your religious and spiritual beliefs to aid in your healing. I believe in the deep and powerful connection with Spirit and know that we have much support on this Earthly plane, both seen and unseen. The most important belief that you can bring to your healing is your belief in yourself and the power  of transformation. 

Through educating your heart, you will grow into a stronger, more vivid version of yourself. And, ultimately, you will shine your light with confidence. Transformational sessions are open to everyone regardless of age and stage of life.
